Our world-class team of scientists employ a multi-layered leak attribution and targeting strategy that utilizes multiple remote-sensing and non-remote sensing data resources. Proprietary technology includes algorithms and analytical methods which are non-trivial and transcend the fields of atmospheric modeling, geospatial analysis, machine learning, and data engineering.

We are committed to disseminating useful results of our work – including anonymized datasets – to the public at large in a timely manner. Our open data approach is designed to incentivize action while giving MethaneScan® subscribers an information advantage with respect to timeliness, scope, granularity and attribution of point sources.
